Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 29 June 2026

"Tabb Pay Private Company" (trade name "TabbPay"), with its seat in the Municipality of Galatsi, Attica (39 Farron Street, P.C. 11147), is committed to making its digital services accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities.

1. Our commitment

TabbPay believes that digital accessibility is a precondition for a fair and dignified user experience. We are committed to designing, developing and maintaining our consumer-facing digital surfaces in such a way that all users can perceive, operate, understand and interact with them, regardless of disability, assistive technology or means of access.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing process rather than a one-off objective. We embed the relevant principles in our design and development cycle and review our progress regularly.

2. Scope

This Accessibility Statement covers the following consumer-facing digital surfaces of TabbPay:

TabbPay's internal and professional surfaces — in particular the dashboard dashboard.tabbpay.com and the «TabbPay Staff» application — are intended for professional users (Business Customers and their staff) and are not the subject of this Statement, which concerns services provided to consumers.

3. Conformance status

Our target is for the surfaces within the scope of this Statement to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA, as reflected in the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

At present, those surfaces are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: work is ongoing and some parts may not yet fully meet every individual success criterion. We do not claim full conformance.

Measures already taken include:

4. Legal context and microenterprise exemption

The digital accessibility of certain products and services is governed by Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act, "EAA"), which has been transposed into Greek law by Law 4994/2022, with the relevant obligations applying from 28 June 2025 and covering, among others, consumer e-commerce services.

Microenterprise exemption. Under Article 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the corresponding provision of Law 4994/2022, microenterprises that provide services are exempt from the accessibility requirements relating to services. A microenterprise is an enterprise which employs fewer than 10 persons and whose annual turnover or annual balance-sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million.

TabbPay currently meets these criteria and therefore falls within the above exemption in respect of the services it provides; accordingly, at the time of writing, it is not under a legal obligation to comply with the EAA's service accessibility requirements.

Notwithstanding this exemption, TabbPay voluntarily commits to pursuing accessibility as good practice, because (a) we consider it an essential element of the quality of our service and (b) we wish to support our Business Customers who may themselves fall within the scope of the EAA. This voluntary commitment does not constitute a waiver of the above exemption, nor a declaration of full legal conformance; should TabbPay's status as a microenterprise change in the future, the relevant obligations will apply accordingly.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, certain elements of the surfaces within the scope of this Statement may not be fully accessible. Limitations known to us include the following:

This list is not exhaustive. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know in accordance with section 6.

6. Feedback and contact

We actively seek user feedback on accessibility. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or wish to submit feedback, you may contact us at support@tabbpay.com.

So that we can help you effectively, please include, as far as possible:

Response time. We aim to acknowledge receipt of every item of feedback within 5 business days and to inform you of the next steps or the expected remediation time depending on the nature of the issue. If you do not receive a reply within a reasonable time, you may write to the same address again, indicating that it is a reminder (escalation).

7. Alternative means of access

If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from completing an order or another action through the guest ordering web app, you will not be left without service. Please contact us at support@tabbpay.com or speak to the venue's staff, so that you can be offered assistance or an alternative means of completing your action. We commit to making reasonable efforts to ensure that the desired outcome remains achievable through an alternative channel.

8. Enforcement and complaints procedure

In Greece, market surveillance and enforcement of the legislation on service accessibility under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882 / Law 4994/2022) are carried out by the competent national market-surveillance authorities designated in Law 4994/2022.

If you have submitted feedback in accordance with section 6 and are not satisfied with our response, you retain the right to contact the competent Greek market-surveillance authority. Please note that, owing to the exemption set out in section 4, the legal service accessibility obligations may not apply to TabbPay at the time of writing; regardless of this, we treat all feedback seriously as part of our voluntary commitment.

9. Preparation and review of this Statement

This Accessibility Statement was prepared on the basis of an internal assessment of the surfaces within its scope against WCAG 2.1 Level AA / EN 301 549. It is reviewed periodically and updated to reflect the evolution of our services, the corrective measures taken, and any changes in the legal framework or in our status as an enterprise.

10. Binding language

This Accessibility Statement is drawn up in Greek and in English. The Greek version is the binding one. The English version is provided for convenience only and is an exact translation of the Greek text. In the event of any divergence or inconsistency between the two versions, the Greek text prevails.
