Built in Athens for Greek restaurants
Your guest's phone is now the order terminal.
TabbPay puts a QR on the table. Guests browse your menu in their language, place the order, split the bill, and pay. You see the ticket on your side. No app to install. No terminal to hand over.
Connects to your POS. Viva Wallet and Stripe. Sixty-day trial.

How it works
Three steps. No training, for guests or staff.
- 01
Guest scans the QR at the table.
One code per table, printed on a card, a paper tent, or a sticker that fits your room. The guest opens the camera, taps the notification, and the menu opens in their language. No app to install.
- 02
Guest orders and pays from their phone.
They add items, change quantities, and confirm. When the meal is over, they pay their share or the whole bill through Viva Wallet or Stripe. Splitting is a single tap.
- 03
You see the order on your side.
The order arrives in TabbPay and in your POS, the kitchen ticket prints, and the payment lands in your account. You and your staff did not have to walk to a terminal.
Why TabbPay
What it changes during service.
Operators tell us these four things matter. The product is built around them.
Tables turn faster
The slow moments, paying, splitting, asking for the bill, all happen on the guest's phone. Tables free up between covers, not at the end of the night.
Fewer ticket errors
Guests pick their own items in writing. Allergies and modifiers come through the same way they would on a kitchen ticket. Less back and forth with the kitchen.
Higher average ticket
Guests order their second drink without waiting for a server to walk past. The menu is the full menu, photographed, in the language they're already reading.
Less terminal handling
No staff member walks a terminal to a table. No card swap. No PIN entry on a shared device. The payment is the guest's, on the guest's phone.
On both sides of the table
What guests see. What you see.

Guest, on their phone
Menu in their language, with prices in euros. They add what they want, confirm, and pay.

You, on the dashboard
The same items in your menu, available or not, with the ones that need a kitchen ticket next to the ones that don't.

Built with Greek restaurants and hotel F&B teams.

Common questions
What restaurants usually ask first.
No. The whole ordering flow runs in the browser. Guests open the camera, scan, and the menu opens.
Viva Wallet and Stripe. You choose in your dashboard settings. The guest does not see the difference.
Yes. TabbPay connects to the POS you already run, with no new hardware and no change to your kitchen workflow. We currently integrate with symPOSium and HIT POS, the systems most common in Greek hospitality, and we partner with your POS vendor during onboarding when you are on a different one. The kitchen ticket keeps printing the way it does today.
We email you seven days before it ends and agree the plan that fits your venue; contact us for pricing. You can cancel from the dashboard at any point.
TabbPay does not store payment card data. Viva Wallet and Stripe handle that, both at PCI-DSS Level 1. We collect the minimum personal data we need to operate the service, under GDPR. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time by writing to privacy@tabbpay.com.
Each table has a printed QR code. The guest opens their phone camera, scans it, and the menu opens instantly in the browser — no app download, no account needed. They browse, add items, and place the order. The kitchen receives it immediately. At the end of the meal the guest pays from the same screen with a card or digital wallet.
TabbPay charges a small per-transaction platform fee, set per venue, separate from the bank interchange fee and the Viva Wallet or Stripe processing fee. The combined cost is typically lower than a handheld POS terminal, which usually adds 1% or more on top of interchange.
Yes. Guests can split equally across the number of people at the table, or each person pays for the exact items they ordered. No calculator, no awkward cash rounding.
Most venues finish onboarding in under an hour. You upload your menu, connect Viva Wallet or Stripe, and print QR codes for each table. The dashboard walks you through every step.
Yes. Takeaway orders are taken by phone or by QR, are not tied to a table, and are settled on their own at pickup — paid on your register or by a QR pay link. It is a per-venue setting, off by default, and never mixes with a dine-in bill.
Yes. Guests earn points when they pay and redeem them as a discount on a later visit, with no card to carry. You set the earn rate, the scope (venue, brand, group, or account) and the expiry, and you can adjust balances by hand from the dashboard.
A guest can become a recognised member straight from the payment screen, with no sign-up. SMS one-time-passcode verification is optional and set per venue — required for charge-to-account or sensitive actions, optional or off for frictionless loyalty. You choose one of three business profiles from the dashboard.
Yes. Hotels can charge orders to the room; canteens and members' venues can charge to a guest's account. Charging is gated by verification, so a room number or a name alone is not enough to run up a tab.
Yes. Canteen mode adds a member roster, daily meal limits per dish, reservations that only reach the kitchen once they are paid, and charge-to-account settlement. It is off by default and turns on per venue.
