Tips earned, ratings received, orders closed, average ticket. Every server sees their own numbers in real time, and the manager sees the whole shift. The point is to help the team work their best shift, lift service in the moment, and earn well, not to create a contest with guests watching.

The numbers change as the shift moves. Orders fulfilled, average ticket, tips per cover, time to close. When the server sees their own tip rate trending below the shift average, they can adjust the round, ask the manager for a different section, or check in on a quiet table. The data is there to be useful, not to be a scoreboard.
The leaderboard is private to your team and your managers. Guests never see it. Numbers belong to the people responsible for them, and that is the team running the floor.

What is in this
Per-shift, per-staff
Orders fulfilled, average ticket, tips collected, time to close, for each staff member in the current shift.
Period view
Same metrics over a week or a month, for shift planning and bonus calculations.
Tip attribution
Each tip is tied to the staff member who closed the table, not to whoever scanned.
Live ratings
Guest star ratings appear in the server's feed within seconds, tied to the order they came from.
Private to the team
Visible to staff and managers. Guests never see the leaderboard or the tip totals.
