Every paid order can earn points. You decide the earn rate and where points count — a single venue, a brand, a whole restaurant group, or the entire account. When a returning guest pays, their points apply as a discount through the same pricing pipeline that handles promotions, so the maths is always server-side and always correct.
Points expire on a schedule you set, swept automatically each night, and you can grant or deduct points by hand when you need to make something right. Every adjustment is logged, and each member has a ledger you can read.
