Groups & multi-venue

One account, many venues.

A restaurant group or a hotel F&B team manages every venue from one login. Each venue keeps its own payment provider, POS connection, and staff list. The group sees the totals.

Group on top, venue underneath.

Each venue is its own room. Its menu, its staff, its QR codes, its tables. The group sits on top, aggregating revenue, average ticket, and top items across rooms so the operator can see which venue is leading the week and which one needs a visit.

Permissions follow the same shape. A manager at one venue sees that venue. The group owner sees everything. Switching between venues is one click in the sidebar.

What is in this

One login, every venue

Owners and group managers move between venues from the sidebar. No separate accounts.

Per-venue independence

Each venue keeps its own POS connection, payment provider, menu, and staff. Nothing is forced to be the same.

Group rollup

Revenue, average ticket, and top items aggregated across every venue in the group, with a per-venue breakdown one click away.

Cross-venue benchmarking

Compare any two venues on the same metric. Useful when one room is outperforming and you want to know why.

Scoped permissions

Managers see only their venue. Group managers see the rollup. The model holds whether you are two rooms or twelve.
