Menu management
The menu the kitchen actually cooks, on the guest's phone.
Items, categories, variants, photos, and prices, all in one editor. Changes are live immediately. You do not deploy a menu.

Why operators ask for this first.
The most asked-for change during service is also the smallest. A dish runs out, a special starts, a price moves. TabbPay's menu editor exists so that change takes one tap on the manager's phone, and never reaches a printer.
Every item carries both languages (Greek and English), the modifiers the kitchen expects, an allergy badge if it applies, and an availability switch the host can flip from the floor.

Items list. Categories on the left, items on the right, availability toggle on each row.

Item selection inside the menu builder. Drag-to-order, no save button. The menu is live as you edit.
What is in this editor
Bilingual by default
Greek and English fields on every item. No second CMS, no translation tab.
Variants and modifiers
Sizes, sides, doneness, swap-outs. Each variant carries its own price.
Availability switch
One tap takes an item off the guest's menu when the kitchen runs out. It comes back the same way.
Photos and allergens
Upload once. Allergen icons follow the EU labelling list.
No publish step
Every edit is live to guests immediately. There is no draft state to forget about.
