Manager guide

The dashboard at dashboard.tabbpay.com is where you run the venue. You control the menu, the QR codes, the team, and the live order queue.

The dashboard is built for self-service. The in-app prompts walk you through each task. Email support@tabbpay.com if you hit a wall.

Troubleshooting

Staff can't sign inRe-send the invitation from the Staff section. Check they followed the email link on the same phone that has the app installed
Order didn't reach the kitchen or POSOpen Settings, then POS, check the connection and use the test-send button. If still broken, contact support
QR code scans but the menu doesn't openCheck the venue is marked Active under Settings, then Venue. The URL should start with https://app.tabbpay.com/v/<your-venue-slug>
Wrong table assigned to a staff memberOpen the Shifts section, edit the shift, and reassign
Guest disputes a tipTips are logged with an order ID and timestamp. Email support@tabbpay.com with the order ID and we can audit
Billing questionOnly the Owner can change billing. Ask them, or they can email support@tabbpay.com

Roles and permissions

From lowest to highest access:

You can invite Staff and Shift Managers. You cannot invite other Managers or Owners.

Your data

Your dashboard sessions, the staff records you create, and the menu you publish are stored in EU-region AWS in Frankfurt. Your venue is the data controller for guest order data. Full details in the Privacy Policy.
