TabbPay

Do you need to replace your POS for QR ordering?

No. QR order-and-pay forwards orders to the POS you already run, so the kitchen ticket prints as today and your fiscal flow is unchanged. Here is how the integration works.

Short answer: no. The most common reason operators hesitate on QR ordering is the fear of ripping out a POS that works. You do not. TabbPay connects to the system you already run and forwards orders to it.

How the integration works

When a guest orders, TabbPay sends it to your POS, symPOSium or HIT POS, which routes it to the kitchen and prints the ticket the way it does today. The cooks see the same ticket; the line does not learn a new screen.

What about other POS systems?

symPOSium and HIT are the systems most common in Greek hospitality, and both are supported directly. On a different POS, we coordinate with your vendor during onboarding rather than asking you to switch.

Payments and fiscal stay where they are

The card payment runs through Viva Wallet or Stripe, and the fiscal receipt is still issued and reported by your POS. QR ordering adds a guest-facing path; it does not move your money or your compliance.

What you actually set up

Upload your menu, connect Viva or Stripe, connect TabbPay to your POS, and print a QR for each table. Most venues finish in under an hour. No new terminal to buy, no hardware to maintain.

QR ordering is an addition, not a replacement. The POS you trust keeps doing its job; the guest just gets a faster way to order and pay.
