Payments
Stripe or Viva Wallet. You pick.
Two PCI-DSS Level 1 processors, both widely used in Greece. TabbPay never stores or sees a card number. The guest's checkout runs inside the processor's hosted elements. Our platform fee is a small per-transaction fee on top of the processor's fee, agreed per venue.

Where the money flows.
We hand the card transaction to Stripe or Viva Wallet. They handle the card data, the 3-D Secure step, the PCI compliance, and the payout to your account. We send them the amount and receive the confirmation. The rest is theirs.
This is why we can offer the same platform fee regardless of which processor you pick. It is also why the guest sees a clean checkout either way. The chrome is the processor's, not ours.

During onboarding, you pick a plan and we route checkouts through the processor you connect.

Viva Wallet ISV setup, including KYC. Stripe Connect onboarding follows the same shape.
What this means for you
Two processors, one fee
Our platform fee is the same small per-transaction fee regardless of Stripe or Viva Wallet, set per venue. Their processor fees are theirs.
No card data on our servers
Card numbers, CVCs, and 3-D Secure flows live entirely with the processor. We see an amount and a status.
Payouts go straight to your account
Stripe pays out on its standard schedule. Viva Wallet pays out daily for most categories. No TabbPay-held escrow.
Tipping at the same place
Tips ride on the same payment intent. They land in the same payout, attributed to the staff member on the order.
Refunds from the dashboard
A manager refunds in the dashboard. The processor reverses the payment. The order updates on both sides.
